Treasury feature: Icy Winter
I’m not quite ready to think about winter just yet, but being featured in this icy treasury certainly helps.

100 Day Challenge, Day 100! Tree of Life pendant with malachite.
I’m finally here: Day 100! I can’t believe it. I feel like this is a huge accomplishment, and I’m very proud of myself for making it all the way without a hitch (mostly). I’ll write a blog post about the experience in the next few days, but for now, here’s the 100th item!
Today’s item is one of our best-known designs – a Tree of Life pendant. I love this necklace, and it’s a load of fun to come up with interesting metal and gemstone combinations. We’ve both made malachite trees with copper before, but for today, I decided to make one in silver. I love it, and I’m especially pleased with how the roots turned out. The branches are nice and full, and I have a feeling this one will get picked up fairly quickly.

100 Day Challenge: Day 58. Tree of Life custom order.
Today’s post is a bit later in the day than I usually like to post, but at least it’s on time!
I had a request for a custom Tree of Life pendant, using a blend of three different gemstones: malachite, turquoise, and peridot. This pendant was the result, and it’s lovely and colourful.

100 Day Challenge: Day 31. Tree of Life pendant in copper and malachite
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! I figured today would be a fun day to make something green. I realized that I haven’t made a Tree of Life pendant in ages, so that’s what I decided to make for today.
I’ve made a pendant using malachite and copper before, as a custom order. I loved how that one turned out, and since I had plenty of malachite chips left over, I had all the materials I needed on hand.
