I’ve had both of these beads for quite some time. The white shell hearts came in a pack of maybe a dozen, and they have a nice shimmer to them which really doesn’t come through in the photo. I bought the red pearls a few years ago when I was creating a set of necklaces themed on desserts. 🙂 Pearls and shell seemed to go nicely together, so they became these earrings.
I don’t even remember when I bought these beads, but they came from a local store that doesn’t really sell beads anymore. Lucky for me, I stocked up before their stock dwindled, and these were one of my finds. I have some left over, but for now I’ve turned two of them into a pair of earrings.
As I mentioned yesterday, I had a few of those great teal and gold glass beads left over from the bracelet, so I turned them into a pair of earrings. I love how this photo turned out, because you get a great look at how the colours are on the beads.
