I don’t tend to use a lot of yellow in my jewellery. I often don’t think of it, which is probably because I really don’t wear yellow. However, I do like yellow, and I have lots of beads to work with. For example, today’s project has some lovely light yellow crystals dangling from silver hoops. The crystals are a great shade – sunny, but slightly towards the green part of the spectrum. They’re a great colour for spring.
I’ve had these hoops for a while, maybe a year now. They’re something different from what I usually work with, which may be why it’s taken me so long to use them. I’m pleased with how they turned out. The hoops came as a set of two pairs, so I’ll have to think of what to do with the other pair. Any suggestions?
